They aren’t capable of loading a 3500. Did not even show up for the tow. They drove past and had the office call stating they could not get to the front of my truck and unprofessional hearing your driver complain on how he can’t do the job that’s needed while on the phone . Thank god AAA sent ALL AROUND TOWING hopefully they switch over and use them as their primary. At least they can get the job done without any problems and fast and eazy without and problems .

I called for service at night needing assistance with towing a dually truck and horse trailer off of toll road 130. I was told it would take an hour for the driver to arrive. The driver never arrived. When I attempted to call them over 9 times again, they never answered the phone. I am pretty sure they blocked me. The level of frustration, disappointment, and anger due to the lack off professionalism and outright lies blew my mind. My family was at the side of a highway for about 5 hours, in the dark and without assistance. I will NEVER recommend them. I had to add 1 star to post. However, if it was up to me, I would take stars away.

5 stars all the way. My starter went out on my truck at homedepot amd had KTR come out and Luis showed up and had me loaded up fast. He had a crowded parking lot and people all over the place but that did not have an effect on him being proficient and getting it done. I would recommend asking for Luis if you need your vehicle picked up.

No one enjoys their car breaking down we’re having mechanical complications. But I had an absolute pleasure of having George come out and help me today in a very stressful situation and he was beyond professional and polite, and made the situation so much better than it could have been. I have dealt with a lot of different towing companies in my time of driving and if he is an accurate representation of the company itself, this is an amazing company.

Needed a long distance tow so i called my AAA that dispatched out to this company. Was the worst experience to have my vehicle towed ever!!! They knew vehicle was going long distance (approx. 80 miles), and still took the risk of towing my vehicle on a wheel lift tow truck and not a flatbed! Because of that, the risk of getting a blowout on my rear tires was high, and one of my tires blew thus caused damaged to my rim and somehow the electronic brakes in the rear now is locked up and seized! I didn't think too much of it, as i assumed they have insurance for this as any responsible company would, 2-3 weeks later and still to no resolve! They tried to cheap out on everything from tow, to reimbursement by offering to send it in to repair for only $90. From my personal experience, no company professionally repairs wheels for $90! Been there, done that. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED!!!!
